Hi ,

My name is chander, I am owing HDFC credit card from last 3-4 years, today i received the card statement with the due amount of 18000, my credit limit is only 12000, I am every month making payment of 800-1000 rs. and every time they are charging over limit charges access charges and various other charges. I am not in condition to make this due amount as I already making 800 to 1000 rs. every month. Now I want to settle the final amount, I have 3000 rs. i can pay, how can i get waiver, please guide.

I have used upto 11000 and I already paid near about 20000, still the due amount is 18000, this all is various charges which is illegal.
I cant pay this amount I am every month making 800-1000 rs monthly,

i am waiting response from HDFC member here...
due date for the payment is 6 of june please look into the issue, i can't pay 18000, i dont have source to pay this amount, i am jobless from 4 months..
