Hi,

I had applied for HDFC Credit Card more 3 month ago. Since during daytime my availability is in company I confirmed with the guy who took my signature to retain communication address of Company, to which he agreed. I got several calls for verification and visit to temporary home address. Then after making several requests and calls, they informed me that it is in status DISAPPROVVED because my address doesn't match with address proof. (They mathced my home address - temporary address, with my company ID). I signed and sent them declaration form (with proofs) regarding my company address as communication address one month back and still I have not received my card. Still Status is DISAPPORVED.

Please let me know the procedure to Cancel the card. And I want my submitted documents back.

I don't want any typical answer that you are sorry to hear beacause you people never really are. Please cancel the request.

This is pathetic and I will never recommend anyone for HDFC credit card. Worst service ever.
