To Whom So Ever It May Concern,
I have recently got HDFC Platinum Credit Card in first week of September. I am getting SMS on my mobile number that PIN of card has sent through a post on my billing address withing 10 days. The last message I got was on 18th September, however after a long wait I contacted the customer service on 4th October to find out my status of PIN, the response I got from them is it has been delivered on my billing address i.e my office address. After my investigation at my office reception I got to know it has not been delivered yet. But customer service representatives agrees the PIN has been delivered and that too somebody has taken that from Courier.
Despite of calling customer service no correct information I am getting that where is my PIN and to whom they have given it? When I asked them send me another PIN they are telling its too confidential they need my card number to deliver it so here my question is for HDFC if its too confidential then how come you guys have given to somebody you are not aware without my prior notification? Even the behavior of customer care representatives is adhere to unacceptable like banging a phone while asking information, wrong information providing I would request HDFC please take necessary action and request your interference in that.
In addition to that I requested for a call back thrice from some manager but except promises nobody bothers to call back. This is what a pathetic service HDFC offers before taking any services these guys bothers to call you numerous times but if you take any of their product/service then this is what they do.
