my card no is****************** i am receiving all the threating calls from hdfc bank every day and i am a senior citizen and i would like to settle the amount for outstanding they are charging ficticios amount of interest like r.f.c cess and other which is violating the reserve bank law and this very unjustified

Respected Sir/ madam
This was as regard my earlier request I had made for settling of my Bal of Credit Card
which I had requested to convert / or being collected in an easy EMI without being black listed. But Bank is repeatedly through their collection agent are repeatedly in a awkward language is asking for the minimum due & no settlement would be done for the same.
Sir, My only urge to you if bank's don't have the proper channel to deal with the customers why they are indulge in the banking business. This is like there is no relief of sigh for such like me people who want to make payment but just want the same to be collected in an EMI but neither Bank is not willing nor there is any law & order it seems like that.
I really want to close the matter at the earliest but please settle down the same & collect the amount in PDC that's all I need. I don't want any settlement in an Bal amount just time to repay the same in part payment.
My only urge to you is collect the whole & sole in an easy EMI or PDC as possible
