My Sunny Pradhan having a salary a/c 0001401140009954. And I am using a credit card 4346772007976607.

My card had gone overlimit and because of this my salary for the month of Dec 2010 was blocked by credit card collection dept. with any intimation. This happen a lot of customers using HDFC credit card.

After the deduction a got I letter from a advocate stating that according to the settlement act I have to pay the bank some 16000 + . My a/c had over 9000 + . So when u deduct 16000 - 9000 is comes to Rs. 7000 +. Please note they have stopped sending my statement. I dont know after the deduction how much amount was due.

And I got a letter that I have to pay some 12000 rs again to them.


The lady in the collection dept dosen't know how to talk to customers. They should understand that they there because of us.They need to tought manners.

I want to settle the card or pay the dues in installments, I have payed more 5 times the purchase i have done.


When they plan to hold someone's a/c the a/c hold should be informed at least a month prior.
