Thumbs down How can HDFC change my HDFC Credit Card statement and payment due date without asking

    Hi,
I had applied for a HDFC Visa Gold credit card in month of September, accordingly i received the card. Now the problem is the first statement i received was with the date 16-Oct-2011 and payment due date of 05-Nov-2011. I did the payment before due date. Then the second statement i received was dated 08-Nov-2011 and payment due date of 28-Nov-2011. How can the statement and due date change without my concern.
The second problem is with the customer care support they are not taking the right responsibility and always say that they have put a request to change the dates as it was early and when I call them again to know the status they say that the change is not approved.
    The questions arise are
    1) I am not giving a new request to change the date. It was already done by HDFC without my concern and that is not my fault then why it is getting rejected.
    2) Why the customer is not updated with his complaint status and always needs to call customer care to get the updates.

Following are the complaint numbers registered with HDFC Credit Card Customer care.
