Hi,

My name is Anil Jangra, and a month back I applied for a credit card. Bank representative came at my residence and collected all the necessary documents with reference of his senior on the phone.

After a long wait, once I did not hear from the bank, then I enquired via bank toll-free number, and I got to know that my application is on hold and verification is yet to complete.
This happened months back. When would I be able to get my credit card?

Can you please resolve this issue?
