Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a HSBC credit card (Card No. 4384 5999 1532 1458). Around 2 years back i applied for balance transfer option from HSBC account to SBI card no (4006 6760 5923 8371) for amount Rs 40000.

But i never received any Demand Draft from HSBC bank for the balance transfer amount (Rs 40000). When i asked HSBC bank regarding the Demand Draft, they asked me to fill a indemnity bond paper to declare that i have not received the Demand Draft from them. Even HSBC bank assured me that, since i have not received any Demand Draft from them, they will revert back the balance transfer charges from my account.

But even after communicating to them multiple times through customer care call and mail they are not removing these false charges from my account.

Because of this even i am facing issues to get loans from other bank.

Please help me on this. I am very thankful to you.
