Dear Sri/ Madam

I had taken the credit card for HSBC through their sales channel. This was sold to me as life time free card. As per the record I had never used this card for any purchase. In spite of sold as life time free card HSBC charged fme an annual fee, which I never paid (as not agreed). The current outstanding against my card is due to penalty charged on annual fee.

I had repeatedly given a call to your call center to clarify my point and to close the credit card account with you. I request you to please take a note of this and close the credit card account.
