I am getting statement from HSBC for creditcard payments while I have not done any
purchasetranscation using it.

I am not using any credit cards from last two years & HSBC credit card is also one of them.

Earlier I got call from HSBC customer care executive in 2008 to pay outstanding amount on my credit card at that time I clearely informed him that I am not using HSBC credit cards & there is no pending amount due to purchase on it.

HSBC Customer care Executive has confirmed that it was late fee charges due to credit card renewal amount. I infomred him that I do not want to continue HSBC credit cards so please cancel it with immediate effect. After this communication I have cut credit cards & it was kept at my home location.

HSBC statement was continiously coming on my mail account even after communicating for disconnection of HSBC credi cards.

I was deputed outside Gujarat for about two years due to my job/company requirement.
Now I am back in Gujarat & checked credit card statement using credit card number. I came to know that HSBC credit card department has charged me Rs.6,257.03 /- which is still continiously increasing.

To get resolution I went to HSBC credit card office where they routed me to recovery department . I contacted Mr. Jalpesh (who is having my account infomration ) to cancel this charges but he was not ready to cancel it & asked me to pay all charges. He also checked my account detail & confirmed that authority for this account lies with HSBC credit card central team & pending amount is due to delay in HSBC credit card renewal charges.

When I discussed with HSBC credit card recovery agent pending amount was reached toRs.7,500/-.


In the month of June'10 , I went to purchase Carrier Airconditioner on installement from Sales India ,while checking documentation I was shocked to know that my name was blocked on CIBL & I can not avail any loan due to this.

HSBC credit card is clearly doing misuse of CIBL , hope you understand the concern & help me to get resolutin on priority.

xxxx xxxx 6358 were closed by the bank with effect from 17 August 2009
and 10 December 2008 respectively.
