Pune dated 24.7.2010

i was asked vide letter no. Pun /slsh/nonw/406 dated 7th november 2007 to deposit rs 2000/- in one installment . The amount was collected by amit pardhan of hsbc vide receipt cpdi 0093678 &cheque 903042 19.11.2007.
Instead of getting zero outstanding statement, i started getting due statement.
As per their letter ffs/cpd/woff/pun/mc/nexus lb 13072010/151 dated 13 th july 2010 recd by me on 16th july 10. I have deposited the cash again on on 16th july 10 in hsbc bund garden branch. The matter was being handled by manager mr.amar sant at 9881966799 pune main branch.
Instead of getting zero due statement, i got balance outstanding notice of rs.21128.19 to be paid before 29.07.10
i do not know why hsbc is harassing me,as i am not using their c.c . Since2007 my name is given to cibdt
