Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to inform you that the HSBC Bank credit card no
-4476929982851500 was issued to *me in year 2008. I never use that
card at all and i had submitted Rs 100 on 22nd dec 2008 for closing of
that card. few days ago i surprised to know that there is a pending
balance of Rs 20,000 towards that credit card..
After that matter i sent mailto hsbc bank regarding all matter they assured me to resolve the matter in 15 days but today condition is still same then i call to coustmer care regarding dues details .they are not giving any information this matter is mentally harrassing me very much
