Hi,
This complaint is regarding my HSBC Credit card no. 4384599978211091.
This co. has a tie up with TATA AIG General Insurance co. so they HSBC provides phone nos. of their customers to TATA AIG so if any one wish to take the policy.

I Saw my last month's statement and came to know that from Jan 2010 Rs 251 IS GETTING DEDUCTED from my credit card in lieu of TATA AIG Policy which i have not taken.

I reported the saem to HSBC AND TATA AIG as well but no action so far has been taken.

There are few things in this case to be looked at
1) TATA AIG people say that i have given my consent for the policy on phone and when i told that i wish to listen the call record there is no action.
2) i dont have any policy no. or papers they say that some one at my home has recieved it, but i stay alone and also if someone else recieves your courier he/ she writes his/ her no. i want that no.
Its been i am fighting with the situtation from past one month but no action has been taken .
