I had a credit card and my amount due on the card was close to 50 thousand till last year. When I received funds on my savings account,my debit balance was automatically adjusted by ICICI Bank, and hence there was no question of default.

But however, they have gone ahead and put my name in the defauter's list (Civil List). Today I am applying for an education loan, from a Govt. Bank and it has been rejected because ICICI showed me as a defaulter when I had CLEARED my dues atleast 3 months back. My career is getting ruined. I have made a complaint, however, they are saying they will send me a No Objection Certificate.

For the damage done, I would want to notify you all that I am going to sue ICICI Bank for the distress.

I need an apology letter from the bank as soon as possible, else I will have to be forced to drag ICICI bank to court. Please resolve my problem, if possible, which means I need the approval of the educational loan. This problem should not have been there in the first place, it is purely out of sheer callousness and careless attitude of the bank. It's a matter of my entire career, and my life.

Please help me as soon as possible.

I am still waiting for you all to contact me. My name appears in the CIBIL list of defrauders! Each time I call your customer service team, some new drama takes place. They say either my Credit Card Information is not there with them or else, we need atleast 20 working days to send you a No Objection Certificate. No customer service agent seems to keep track of customer interactions. Every time we are explaining the same probem over and over and over again. Please get in touch with me! Please note that I had squared off the complete payment on 26th of February 2010, close to 55 thousand Rupees. Why haven't you mentioned the date as to when I cleared my bill of 55 thousand completely.

I was unaware about the fact that Rs. 18.50 was remaining. That too I have cleared. How is my name in CIBIL list of defaulters?? My education loan in Oriental Bank of Commerce has been rejected thanks to you all.

I want you to do two things, first and foremost:

i) Get my name removed from CIBIL defaulters.

ii) I need No Objection Certificate.

Also, I dont have any channel for education loan left as no party will be interested. What exactly do you all propose to do about that? MBA session starts from July this year and I havent been able to arrange for the fees thanks to you all. My career is getting ruined.

I will have to drag you all to The Consumer Court for the distress you are causing to me and my family. I intend to sue you for 10 Crores for the damage caused. You have ruined my career as I have not been able to attain a bank loan for my education!!! THAT IS MY REAL CONCERN, not your "no due mail".
