I have obtained an Icici Credit bearing No:5176537003114004 on 11/2004.

I would like to go for a settlement due to many harrassment I have been facing every day.My final situation is'nt very stable but somehow I just want to make an end to this ordeal.

I have been getting numerous calls from bangalore( 9845712455 ), Chennai ( Mr Sayed 9886110856, 8971687681, 9886128774 ) everydat, asking me to settlement the card. I have requested them to send me the statement on my mail with all the relevant details but they have not done so. Mr Sayed from chennai said he can settle for Rs- 50,000/- which I have not agreed on and a Person from bangalore Mr Giridhar called me up and asked me why I hav'nt paid the payment for long and He cannot approve the settlement for Rs- 50,000/- where I told him,i have to get a better deal b'cos according to my calculation, i must have shelled out Rs- 50,000/-.

Mr Raghavan from Icici bank ernakulam came to my house and introduced himself to be the Regional head for recovery ( phone-8943339479 ) and asked me about the settlement offer. I told him that I deserve a better deal than this. he called up bangalore and the other person just insulted saying that I have agreed to settle for Rs- 50,000/-. After a brief talk with Mr Raghavan, he said he is filing a legal case on me sec 420 and left my place.

What should I do to avoid people calling my landline with the intention of disturbing my family?how do i settle for a better deal as i'm not very financially sound?

please help me to come out from this grave mess.
