Currently i m facing many problems due to ICICI Bank Ltd. I was having a Credit Card, i used the credit card frequently and i have also pays my dues regularly , before one year i have changed my Residentail Address, and i have intimate the same to the Bank, RTO,Passport office, and at all other relavant places , but some how bank has failed to updated my mailing address they have make necessary changes in my Saving Accounts but not in Credit card, i have also given request to the Call center executive many time, but the result was same, due to this i have sotped receiving my Credit card statments, and due to that the due were very high, when i came to know about my dues than i have made the payment for the same, but some part that is only 15000/-rs. was pending and due to recession i lost my job and not in a position to pay my dues, mean while i managed to collect some amount of my Dues, and i have walked in icici bank baroda branch to pay the same, i requested them that currently i m having only 4000/-rs and can pay the next installment in coming months, the bank has rejected my request and forced me to pay the full amount on immediate basis, i requested them and showed my currently situtiaion that i m jobless and cant pay the full amount now, also i have requested to make the payment in part i.e in 3 or 4 installments, but same was also rejected, on the third day the bank manager has forced me to pay the dues on urgent basis, stating that she has taken some special approval for the same and i need to pay the entire amont before 30th May'2010, after some time i received a call from Mr. Raghvendra Shetty giving the Identity of himself as a one of the Police Inspector of Gujarat Police, and he Treathen me that He has got a complaint against me from the advocate Mr. R S Verma, he told me to contact Mr. R S Verma immediatly and he also treathen me to reach my home immediatly as he has informed the Baroda Police and the police is reaching at my home for my arrest, Sir i was already in a high tension and after that call i got low BP as i was travelling to ahmedabad for in Search of job, i than cancelled my interviwe trip and came back to home in a high tension and deppression, due to this i was not keeping well for 2 days and i was so much affraid of this call that i cannot tell you,i also spoke to advocate Mr. R S Verma,and he also reapeted the same thing that u go to bank just now and pay all your dues and ask the manager to Mail the details of Payments, Today on 14/6/2010, Mr.. Raghvendra Shetty again Called but this time he has not called me but he called my Wife on her cell number, he was very rude with my wife and he again threaten to my wife stating that your husband is not taking seriously to the police and now police is full action and reaching at your place in just 5 min, ask your husband to stay at home and the police is coming to arrest Mr. Swami, and shouted in loud sound and used abusing language, after this call my wife was in a high tension and was not able to recollect thta what to do and what not to do, She got unconsious and the society pepole helped her to get normal , when i reached home she was crying and was not able to speak with me, sir i have a child of two years and if due to this threanting call if something happens to my Wife & Child and who is responsible, Sir request you to pls guide me on the above matter as some one is using wrong name of Gujarat Police to Make there own way clear, and threanting us in very bad manner,

I am ICICI BANK credit card holder. My card no is 4477473696314009 as the bank has charged me 725 Rs as late payment and interest charges in my latest statement. This is to inform you that cheque was deposited on time but by mistake there was a mistake in amount written in words. For that i had given a new cheaque after due date.
you can check in your record that all my previous payments have been done on time. so kindly revert back the late payment and interest charges from my account.

Hi, I am ICICI Bank good customer since 8-10yrs. Have a very good House loan track and Credit card re-payment track as well. My card num is 4477468227920001, I ma frm Pune and I missed out Jan O/S payment and in Feb I helped my friend financially who is at very last stage of his life. I already told ICICI bank collection caller that I will pay fine and will pay OS in a month or next in full as I always do. Since one month I am getting calls from Mumbai Number 022-67164600/022-65282934/022-64515000/and many other numbers every day even sometime in midnight and early morning. Recently those guys kept me calling ever 5 mins when I was rejecting thecall while I was driving and this happened full day. While returning home I met an accident while speaking to ICICI bank collectin caller and dashed an old man whose family took away my company laptop and my vehicle was damaged and I was injured. I was willing to pay earlier, but as I also have some position being a CUSTOMER, I told them that if I keep getting those thretening calls, I will decide not to pay and meet them in Cousumer Court, evenb then they harassed me so much and invited a vulger debate. They sent Goons to my Parents place and my father got minor Attack while my mother got very low BP and was in commaa. Recently I got a call saying that if I do not pay, they knows where my daughter goes to school and what time I sleep and wake up. They even told me that If I do not pay in FULL, they will takeaway my House hold items and Two wheeler. One of ICICI bank executive was contacted at my branch and they told me to ask the collection to send ICICI official letter on recovery and according to them RBI guideline gives four month where we can pay fine and Outstanding amount. These collection Goons have started me calling after 15 days from my Due date. I told them that I know this and I will pay fine next month. They told that whatever issues I have and raised to Consumer court & RBI they do not bother and I need to pay the huge Amount immediately or else I will daily get those vulgar calls and recovery Agents. This is Mentally Harassment of ICICI good customers. I am so much harassed that I might go for SUICIDE looking at the behavior of collection team and if something happens to my parents health by chance, I will have any option for a suicide. I have lots of loans on me and trying my best to reduce load one by one. Please stop those harassment calling. Today I am getting missed calls from 022-67164600 every 15 minutes for a short time. this is happening since early morning. I am complaint to Police, Consumer Court, RBI, Mistry of India, ICICI Bank..Now what I will do after 2 months is that I am going to transfer all my Hosing Loan, Personal Loan , saving and sal account to HDFC or CITIBANK. And I will take STD Charter Bnk and HDFC credit card and crush the ICICI bank Credit card throw it in Gutter.

This harrasment is second time from Mumbai Collection team, last time my wife was serous and in ICU where I requested them to contact me after a week, and they used vulgarism and I was in such a state that I could not pick the calls. Next day ICICI bank recovery goons came and damaged my parents house and their CAR. There was a police complaint as well and one ICICI Bank Gentleman came in and settled all and they paid all damage off the court........ Now again same is repeating. the Next time anyone comes to my parents, I am not responsible for any unexpected outcome and ICICI Bank will be responsible for this.

My question is why only ICICI bank has this was of dealing their ICICI bank customers.
If one customer like me closes relations with ICICI bank, they willl loose a business of about 20 lacs pa. and if 100 such customers are lost, 2 crore would be loss and all responsible is ICICI Credit card way of working. Customer once Lost, never comes back.

If ICICI bank want to deal, why they do not send official letter or Notice or reminders rather than calling and threatning. ICICI band and RBI need to take strict action against those collection callers and immediately cancel taking such service. The ICICI Management who proposes this to do shall be fired without notice or giving chance. Next time I want written communication and not a call.

Higher Management- Please do something in this matter. Its urgent and very crucial.

If ICICI bank want to deal or comunicate any dues or want to give notice, why they do not send official letter or Notice like other service providers do to their cust., or reminders rather than calling and threatning. ICICI bank and RBI need to take strict action NOW on Immediate basis against those collection callers and immediately cancel taking such service or illegal practice. The ICICI Management who proposes this to do shall be fired without notice or giving chance. Next time I want written communication and not a call. And do not expect apology letter but to pay compensations of Mental, physical, asset, relations, spoling image and other so as let them also get a lesson that customer is also suffers like what they suffer due to such illegal Agent collection callers.
