Dear sir

i have been cheated by icici bank credit card department, i have two card holder for since long time, but unfortunately i got a road accident and have a major injury on my head the causes that i had bed written for 6-7 month at that time i have no job with me, the causes is i have irregular on my card payment, after that my wife sending the request for settlement the dues with icici bank, they approved the total dues for my both the card amounted rs. 26000/- and 25000/- respectively. Accordingly they send me the approval letter for payment rs. 51000/- for full and final settlement for both the cards, and send a guy to collect the money from my residence, accordingly we handover the money to mr. Ashok kapoor ( representative icici bank) in cash against received the money he give us the authorized cash received issued by icici bank,

but now we received a regular call from icici bank for non payment of dues, i also send a email to the higher authority of icici bank by attaching the approval letter and cash received, but till date there was no any positive result is found , now i have decided to take a legal action against icici bank to solve the issue.
