    I am taking followup with you from 2-3 months and no one told me that i am having one more card 4864XXXXXXXX2004 having outstanding of Rs.15000/- I am totaly not aware with this card and never received any statement and call for same and never used two card of ICICI bank.

    I want answer on this why you have not raised the issue of this new card when you were working on my settlement issue of card no.4076XXXXXXXX5004.

    Provide me the details of transaction made on my name. The address updated in records, contact details (phone , e-mail) copy of request form signed by me with all supporting documents, courier details of billing statements, e-mail and phone logs to check that how many time you informed me for outstanding.

    AND THIS IS TO CONFIRM YOU TEAM THAT I AM TAKING MEDIA IN LOOP AND COMPLAINT FORWARDED TO CONSUMER FORUM.

    Provide me complete card numbers to check details online.

    Dear ICICI bank,

    no one has contacted from me till date from ICICI bank. I don't know why icici is making fool. there was requirement of personnel loan and due to icici bank i am in defaulter list.

    My query related to email id is : if a person is having two card of your company and defaulter with one card in that case you can find him with pan card number but in my case this thing was not followed by you.

    When you was taking followup for settlement of my card ended with number 5004 at that time no information given to me regarding this card ended with 2004 WHY?

    As per conversation you told me that this card received by me and used by me and payment made by me and already extra rs.1780/- paid by me. refer below details. reverse my extra paid amount to you Rs.1780/- with intrest or adjust the same amount with my settlement amount of card 5004.
