Myself Sri Harihar Behera have requested twice to issue a fresh PIN against my Credit Card No.4477 4739 3424 5007 which I can't remember but even after lapse of one year the same is not comlied and for which I am not able to withdraw cash with my card at ATMs. Further, it was also requested that the old photograph appended in my C.C is not so visible and therefore I have sent a fresh photograph of mine to issue a fresh card and if any charges leviable to that the same may be debited to my card but till date the same is also not attended.
