I Amarnath Tripathi, a citizen of India want to complaint against the harrasment and humiliations faced due to the fraud and false accusations by Credit Card division of ICICI Bank.

I would like to infrom you that in April 2006 i was issued with a Credit Card having no. -4477 4738 8697 4000 in the name of A.N. Tripathi which was life time free card with no renewal charges and which i never used and the card is still unpacked with me but Credit Card was debited in lieu of some policy premium which was never delivered to me and I never asked for, I only had a telephonic conversation with ICICI BANK executive stating that I would be offered a 2 years trial scheme free insurance policy with free health checkup but I never got any policy no. or any policy documents and on constantly calling the customer care no one told me the policy no. but still i was being charged continuously for the premium amount. I never signed any document

I wrote a letter to the customer care department on 9th August 2007 stating all my concerns but were never heard. The card even expired in April 2010 and I never used it. And also ICICI Lombard have no any documents which can prove that i ever took any policy from them and ICICI Bank credit card division has now put me in Blacklist due to which i cannot apply for any loans. Despite of so many reminders still ICICI has not taken any steps for this. Also without my permission how can i be charged for any policy premium for that they dont have any explainations.

I'm fed up of talking to ICICI customer care executives they always say i need to contact ICICI Lombard and as i dont have any ICICI lombard policy so what do i do.

I'm a respected citizen of India who pays Income tax regularly and I've been humiliated recently just because ICICI bank credit card has put me on black list and I was denied a loan recently.

Looking forward for filing a case against ICICI BANK AND ICICI LOMBARD for some strict action against the bank and fraudulent service and the mental torchure they have given me.
