One of the staff of ICICI BANK LTD. ROHINI BRANCH,NEW DELHI. name SAVITRI, making me fool.
Due to unjustified charges in my creditcard no-52395100353001 I approach to the bank to close my card
and ms.savitri, contact no-9716605819 ICICI BANK LTD. ROHINI BRANCH, told me to pay RS.25000
in five instalments and I paid first instalment on 5/06/2010 wide receipt no-1006151174 and I speak to the collector to give me in writing then he write down on the receipt that,under the settelment.But when I ask them regarding the settelment letter MS.SAVITRI told me that letter will come to you after some days but till today I did not received anu letter.Again in the month of JULY 2010,MS. SAVITRI contct me for the next instalment then I told first you give me the settelment letter then I pay the another instalment then MS.SAVITRI told you pay only RS.2300 and letter will come to you whithin 03 DAYS and she gave me the mobile no to contact me after three days if letter will not come to you but till today 18/08/2010 I didnot receiv
any settelment letter.
Kindly take the action against MS. SAVITRI, and send me the settelment letter as early as possible
till that how can I pay my instalments.Please do the justice.
