I am having three ICICI Credit card No outstanding instructions on my credit card, I have not used two credit card since more than 4 to 5yrs and Collection/Recovery guys of ICICI bank calling & harassing us regularly and using bad words for collecting outstanding dues amount 30,000/-.
I am having three ICICI credit card, No outstanding instructions on my credit card, I have not used two credit card since more than 4 to 5yrs. But yestdared I have received call from Legavinal department from Bangalore office and they are saying i need to pay 30,000/- and they are not providing any informtion, they are using illegal langugae.They are using irrespectiable language and they are saying they are going to cancel my US Visa and they are going to freeze my Saving accounts,even they said legal department they are going to put me in Jail. I am not able to understand with ICICI bank ppl.

I am not able to understand ICICI bank behavior already closed all transaction with ICICI why the hell they are harsing customer. Please help me in this matter..

I am going to cancell all transcations with ICICI bank as well as ICICI Insurance also. Please responde as soon as possible.
