Dear Sir,

I had been using a credit of ICICI bank. The Due date of my statement was 20th of every month but in the month of July 2008 due date was revised 20th to 16th and no information given to me regarding this. When i gone to pay my bill on 19th July 2008 there was some charges added in my credit card account. I had requested to credit card department they told me that they can not help me in this matter.

After that i had requested to customer care in phone or through mail but no one helped me out. in last month i wrote a mail to icici again. One of the customer care executive told me i can pay 15000.00 and settle my account. I told him plz send me all my statement so that i can settle my account. Next day when receive my statement i had called again to customer care he said me you have to pay 18000.00 when i told me that one of your executive said that i have to pay only 15000 but he denied.

Now the problem is that ICICI bank has blocked my saving account without any information. I am facing financial problem from last three days. Today i had got my salary and ICICI has debited my account by 27000.

Kindly help me on this matter.
