Dear Sir / Madam

This is Gyan Prakash Sharma, i have used the ICICI Credit Card (4477462227064001) and due to some reason it was delayed to make the payments on time.

But on April’11 i have paid all the principle amount as settlement and their executive told me that you will get the NOC within 7 days, but still following up with him and he is not picking up my phone.

I have an saving account with ICICI Bank A/c No. 017701523840 (Gyan Prakash Sharma) which is liened due to this reason. I want to use that account again as my salary account, but without removing the lien from this account i am not able to use this account.

Executive who collected the final payment is Deepak (+91 8800236623), after so many follow-ups with him he is not reverted to me and even not picking up my phone.

Would request you, please do the needful to solve this issue with ICICI Bank, due to this liened i am not able to used that account.
