We had swiped a customer card for 70000+ 75000 on 17 jan but still the amount is not credited in the account ,we had many times called the customer service but not fruitfull
even mailed all the documents to this mail id but in vain,

customer care told us it may take 5 working days still not the verification has been done by bank

They people don’t even reply also ,customer care person doesn’t know anything replies adamantly there is no office of there were we can come personnely solve the issue show the documents. I am in a fix
so please be kind pls do the needfull asap

I, T.Chandra Shekar holder of current account number 631205018854 would like to bring to your notice that an amount of rs.8272.50 was recovered from my account on 11-10-2011 towards cost of EDC machine and service charges, though the same was de-installed and taken away by the mechanic on 04-11-2010. Due to this, one of mu cheque got bounced and an amount of Rs.386 was recovered on 12-10-2011. For no fault of mine these amounts were recovered from my account. Therefore, I request u to re-examine the whole issue and arrange to refund the amounts recovered from my account .
