Hi,

I have a savings account & Home loan with ICICI Bank, Pune. ICICI bank has issued a credit card on my name and sent it to an address where i never stayed. Also they have charged an ICICI Lombard insurance policy on this credit card (all of this is happening without me even posessing the card). Now ICICI bank has put a lien on my account of approx 28,000/- INR.

I had never requested for this card and neither the insurance policy.
It seems they have pulled the information from my home loan account and sent the credit card to the address on my father's address...who was a co-applicant on my home loan.
That property has been lent out on rent for few years now.

Request you to please guide me on this.
