I am utterly displeased by ICICI Bank's response on a fraudalant transaction. A transaction of Rs 1367 made on my credit card 4 months back. Same day I called up customer care and informed about the transaction. I was assured that charges will be reversed. After 4 months they came back and said that the disute has been resolved in bank's favour.
This ridiculous. They never informed me about it and nor they are giving any details. Not sure why bank is charging me when I informed them on same day that charges were fraudalant. My service request number was SR203929935.
Why ICICI bank is resorting so such cheap ways to make money? Their customer service has become pathetic.
I am taken back by this. If bank resolves this properly I am going to close all my accounts with ICICI.
