Dear Sir,

I could not pay the bill of Rs1199/-, purchased made during the month of April 2011, Since i was transferred to Kheda from Ahmedabad. Amazingly i also never got any call on my registered mobile with ICICI Credit Card Department or Bank to pay the outstanding nor i could receive any statement or Notice untill i visited my old residence on 31/08/2011. Then i instantly arranged to pay Rs.1200/- ans also sent mail to ICICI CUSTOMER CARE to reverse unreasonable charges but till date it is unanswered.

My plea is that If i had been reminded of to pay my dues through any media or i have been served any notice or even SMS, I would have paid definitely, But the Company never reminded me and kept levying unreasonable charges without my knowledge.

Today i have paid Rs.2651/- thru net banking to avoid levying of any further charges.

I herewith humbly request you to arrange to get reversed the charges as musch as Rs2651/- , whcih has been levied on small due amount of Rs.1199/- . SUCH UNREASONABLE PRACTICE MUST BE CURBED , the cusomer must be informed about any penalty or charges.
