MANAGER, ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD Mumbai Sub.: About Credit Card No. 5176 5339 3302 4009 Dear Sir/Madam, I, Mr. Sathaiah, owned Credit Card of ICICI bank Master Card No. 5176 5339 3302 4009. I hereby write this letter to you because of no proper communication by your employed staff. This is to inform you that I’m not using more than 5000/- Rs from our credit card in last year. But I’m forgotten to make a payment, because at that situation I have no job. Now I’m in Mumbai. I did not see any mails and letters also. i.e., really my mistake ok, I will agree with that point. But now that amount will be raised 15,782.50 Rs/- because they are added extra charges 11, 700 Rs/-. Last 3 months onwards I have saved 20000 Rs/-, so that amount I’ll be put in my savings account i.e., ICICI account. Last month of 15July2010, credit card department hold my amount 14, 500 Rs/-. At that time I’m contact that person. They are said like –‘your not make a payment of your credit card bill, so, we are hold on that amount, at that time remembered yes I’m using that amount. So, I don’t know here ICICI credit card branches. So, I could not contact any person. But 2 or 3 times I will make a call to customer care. They are said like-‘we have to send one person to your office’. So, I’m waiting. After 25 days. Anyone cannot come to our office. So, I tried to pay money in through ATM, at that time Security guard says like-‘sir this is not possible to pay the credit card bills’. So, that time also I’m unable to pay the money. So, many times I’m requesting to customer care officers, I know some numbers and names if you want that numbers I’ll provide. But this is very bad luck of my side, because 15,782.50 Rs/- is not a small issue of me. I’m save that money last 3 months onwards. Please rectify this problem. Because now my situation is vary bad position. Please understand my problem. In the month of 07Aug2010, I was shocked after I’m saw that msg. message is –‘15782.50 Rs/- are debited from your account to ICICI credit card account’. With out any intimation or with out my signature, they are cut money from my account. How it is possible, because bank is easily with out customer intimation give the money. So, how to believe bank blindly, why believe bank accounts. Please cut I’m using amount only. Because remaining that are extra charges. I’m using this bank account and card last 3 yrs onwards without any remarks. I hope understand my problem and please drop remaining amount in our account and avoid me taking further legal action and avails for your best services and in case of any further communication with me kindly send me a mail on sathish.sanga@gmail.com or by letters. I am using ICICI bank credit card. Somebody used my credit card on 16th aug 2010. he used my card for online shopping without my information. I never shared my card details with any one. so how it can be possible?? He used my card on liveDigitalMedia.com i.e. My Today web site for online shopping. no body knows our card details except our Bank.
I have all the details of that person who made transaction with my card even I have contact number of that person and corresponding address also. Please look out this matter ASAP. piyushkathayat@gmail.com is my contact ID. |

MANAGER, ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD Mumbai Sub.: About Credit Card No. 4076 XXXX XXXX 7001(details already on your_ICICI wesite) Dear Sir/Madam, The customer Service Department for the Credit cards is very very poor. I just called today and the call was for 25min I asked for the Supervisor and the agent who answered the call kept me on hold for 7min and transfered me back to the main menu. I am facing this issue from past three months.I made the payment for me credit card via check # 749197 which was lost by the bank and eventually there was a late charge assessed to my account I called gave the details for the same my 50% of late charge was waived however for the other 50% the agent advised that will forward the request and someone will call me however no one called me and the late charge is still there and called in to dispute the same however the phone was disconnected and no one called me back. The most horrible Customer service that you will ever get would be at ICICI credit cards. I would request you to please cancel my credit card as I am not happy with the customer service you have and the unprofessional attitude that you have towards your customers. ICICI bank agents don't have a customer centric attitude and all that matters to ICICI is money. It is been three months that I have been trying to get this resolved with no one to talk to. Sub:complain about extra charges on credit card Dear Sir, I Mr.Jethmal B.Jain has owned credit card of your bank from last three years ago.My credit card no. is 4477 4685 2855 3006.I have complain that you have extra charge on credit card from last two years ago.In year,2008 month of august i have not received any statement and mail from yourside.In next manth of statment that is september,2008. you have charged late payment fee Rs:500/- that,i have not paid yet and i have complain about this charges on customer care services many times they told that this charges will be revised soon,but they have not done this.After this,i have complain approx 20 to 30 times,but there is no reply from yourside and now the charges has been raised by you that is Rs:10,763.19/-.this is amount of extra charges & there is no mistake from our side.
