Please look into my mail trail. Till now I have not received any revert on this.
Ten minutes before also I made a call to 080-42924292. The lady picked up the call, I asked for Mr Rajesh, they cut the call. Please inform the people that I make the call for some official purpose and not to ask what the people on other end had for break fast or which film they watched on weekends. What is happening to ICICI??



The mail that I sent to ICICI customer care department reads as below.

]Hi team,

This is Ranjith Hari an ICICI credit card holder (Card No : 4477478552202008). This mail is regarding my last credit card payment of Rs 7930 which was made last month.

I had got many calls from ICICI credit card people asking for the payment. Last month I had some cash with me and I asked for a settlement for the same card. I spoke to Mr. Rajesh from the collection department and then he handed over the phone to his senior officer Mr Shrikant. Shrikant gave me another option that if I could make the two month payment of Rs.7930, my credit card due amount would be cleared to zero, and I dint want to be in the cibil list. The number I got the call from was 080-42924292.

As per the conversation with Rajesh and Shrikant, I made the payment through cash and received the receipt (Receipt No : 7177997). But still I am getting lot many calls from the ICICI credit card department regarding payment dues. I had made a call to Shrikant from a Kerala number (0491-2857009) last month and enquired about my credit card status. He told everything was ok and nothing to worry. Now a days I have been trying to reach these people each and every time but in vein. If the tele caller sees my number she wont attend the call or wont speak anything after attending.

Please note that i have been having a relationship with ICICI bank for past four years and I don't want to spoil it. Moreover I don't want to take this legally or put it on network sites such as FB, Twitter etc; unless you give us a solution ASAP.
