The ICICI Bank has calculated interest, service charges, late payment fees, etc on the disputed amount of Rs. 8335/- which is a transaction done for ICICI prudential.

ICICI Credit card department seems to have some internal links with the prudential and have made this transaction on ICICI Titanium card which I hadnt received and this transaction has been transfered to my account in Nov 2008.

For the past 2 years I have been raising dispute against this transaction through phone banking and even spoke to the customer care manager and tried raising a complaint and service request but in vain.

They only gave a standard answer that some one would contact me and solve this. But till date it hasnot been actioned and now the outstanding balance is Rs. 24000 and they are not closing the card though I have placed the request to close and cancel the card almost 5 times.
I have called the phone banking customer care to register the complaint but no action has been taken.

This amount has been charged to a card which I never received in hand. The card is with the bank only.
