My Complaint is against the ICICI Bank Credit Card Deppt
i was using a card no ending with 9002 for which i am using this card for 4 years.

my credit card record is clear, my loans are clear and i have doubled checked with ICICI bank and they confirmed that i do have clear record.

and now all of a sudden due to someone credit card they put my name in CIBIL and know i cant extend my credit card limit or take any loans.

who ever the person is my relative or any person, why ICICI put my name on CIBIL i am keeping my records 100% clear, this is the big issue for me and also for ICICI as they also losing there customers.

can any one tell me please how to resolve this issue or i have to put this complaint against ICICI in RBI office.
