Trust you doing well !

I have settled my ICICI credit card (4076 xxxx xxxx 3004 / card holder
not in country ) for Rs.20000 before 9 months, but still i have not
received the No due certificate.

The settlement was been made through cheque. when I called the customer care before making payment, they assured that the letter will be generated only on the clearing of the cheque.

Same thing was said, when I crossed checked with other ICICI bank manager (bommanahalli bangalore) before making payment.

Also executives from collection department come and ask for the
settlement of the card, in spite of making payment

They state that payment has been made, but the card has not been settled !


I can term this as MISLEADING or FRAUD.

Please help in getting out of this !
