I Mayura Gokhale, was holding credit card of ICICI. After it's expiry, I have not received renewed credit card despite many SR requests.
The ICICI call center people say that I don't stay at that address. I have told them multiple times that I am married to P. Kemkar since 4 years & therefore the nameplate outside the house will not bear Gokhale, but Kemkar which is my husband's surname.
Still they do not even bother to ring the bell and return saying that Mr. Kemkar stays & Gokhale does not stay.
Please note I, Mayura Gokhale married P. Kemkar & please deliver me the renewed credit card at Mr. Kemkar's residence where I am staying since my marriage for 4 years now.
