Hello There,

Trust you doing well !

I have settled my ICICI credit card (4076 xxxx xxxx 3004 / card holder
not in country ) for Rs.20000 before 9 months, but still i have not
received the No due certificate.

The settlement was been made through cheque. when I called the customer care before making payment, they assured that the letter will be generated only on the clearing of the cheque.

Same thing was said, when I crossed checked with other ICICI bank manager (bommanahalli bangalore) before making payment.

Also executives from collection department come and ask for the
settlement of the card, in spite of making payment

They state that payment has been made, but the card has not been settled !


I can term this as MISLEADING or FRAUD.

Please help in getting out of this !

sir I bharatkumar my credit card no 4477 **** **** **** 6007 i want to complain about my settlement. since 25/4/11.i had a word with Ms.Jyoti ( i have mobile no )as per she told me tat my settlement is of RS-17800/-and she told me tat i have to pay Rs-10000 on the current day since this is the last day and the remaining payment of 7800/- is to be paid when i received the settlement letter in 7 days...so as per she said she was the manager in the Chandivali branch i gave the payment to the agency (VAISHNAVI ASSOCIATES) on 30/4/11.so after 15days when i called for the settlement letter she didn't rpy to my call.then after 1 month i called & she answered & she told me that she was on a leave at that moment & she will rejoin in 15 days.now im calling regularly but i have no answer.in between nobody came 2 meet me for this purpose.then on 23/8/11 a person from (PROXIMITY SERVICES) agency came and i told him my problem then he called his manager (vijay sharma ID-121214 i have mobile no ) and the same story repeated.he also adivced me to give a foreclosed letter in written with the payment of RS-6000/- and he told me that i will receive the official letter in 15 days which will come from Madras.now im calling tat person but same like the female he is also not answering..so i want to know why was i cheated on the name of settlement twice!!so now what are the necessary steps.i also had a word with the customer care and they told me go J B NAGER ICICI talk with caution parson Now today i call mr vijay sharma from other mobile he peck the call and he said me that your application not aspect, now what to do pl help me to sole this i allredey paid 16000/- on name of settelment, my mail
