    Default ICICI HP gold credit card Excess of Fuel charges

    My Name is Musa Mastan, I have ICICI HP gold credit card (5176 XXXX XXXX 7006), i had used this card on an HP petrol pump for 1000 rs. i had been charged by the bank for 1025 rs. the reason was given to me that this card was swiped on a not ICICI ADC machine, but if you machine has issues on the petrol pump & its not working that is not a customer fault & that should not be charged to his pocket unnecessary, would like to complaint & i had asked for reversal to which ICICI didnt took it, i would like to know the consumer court for the same , kindly guide me.

    The ICICI Bank Customer Service Team is quick to respond with this standard response to all customer woes..do they get back to the customer at all???

    If you see an old complaint and the complainant does not return to reply back then it is normally resolved and the poster never bothers to come back and say a simple thank you to the forum or the company concerned.

    oh I see. That's bad. I will ensure I thank the forum profusely if my complaint gets resolved. Basic etiquette actually. I really appreciate your effort and "no nonsense approach". I have seen a couple of "Admin Interventions" in these complaints and I was highly impressed.
