    Default imint Voucher not received

    Hi,

    Pl follow the trail of the series of the email communications made but in vain , so far , regarding non-receipt of the voucher code no from m/s imint.
    Now it is more than one month old and till the issue is not resolved; I feel that there is no body to take care at imint of the issue.
    I understood from imint call centers , that the validity of the voucher is 3 months from the date of issue. already more than one & half month is over; I feel that m/s imint is taking a delaying tactics so that actually they need not incur any cost by delaying the process.
    Can I get a justice?

    As per your own committment ( per below ) email , you are supposed to resolve the issue within 7 working days.
    Till now, I did not received any voucher no;
    already 7 working days are gone.

    I am following up with M/s imint for last one month and now I feel that M/s imint neither have any interest nor any inclination to provide the voucher details.

    Now I understant that M/s imint makes just an eyewash promises to the credit card users and thus avail business interest , whatsoever; without fulfilling their committement to the Customer.

    Enough is enough , I am taking ( I think I have persued the matter with imint substancially without any result ) the matter to the consumer court so as to resolve the issue.

    This is Souren Pal. My I-Mint A/c no is 9401150567301105.

    I ahve redeemed 8000 points for Rs 2000 Voucher of Makemy trip.com, per Request no 226884 dt. 23 Apr 2010.

    Till date I have not received the Voucher no at my email ID sourenp@yahoo.in.
    Today I checked out with the Customer service of imint ( Ref. complaint no 273850 dt 14 May 2010) and I was told that the voucher was delivered on 26 Apr 2010 to my above said email account.

    But it was never received; now I want to use the voucher for my flight booking URGENTLY; what shall I do??????

    Can anubody help in regard pl ?????

    Default Depreciated worth of points transferred from ICICI express points

    In February, 2009, to be precise 1941 ICICI Express reward points were transferred to my i-mint account. The real worth of these Express reward points used to be approx one Rupee for each point earned.
    But today when from customer care I inquired regarding redeeming of my so far accumulated i-mint points (3265), I was told that I can redeem 2000 points for a petrol voucher of Rs. 500/-, i.e. the real worth of my reward points has been depreciated by one-fourth.
    THIS IS UNJUSTIFIED.
    Please explain lest I may be forced to approach court of law for redrassel.
