I had taken jumbo cash loan against Hdfc credit card in 2008 . Most of procedure is done on telephone and person from hdfc told me that there no processing fee and pre-closure charges for this loan.
Now i want to close the loan for that bank want pre-closure charges and also they taken processing fee already . I already register complaint regarding this but no reply from last 8 days.
