My HDFC Credit Card(Gold) was changed to a new one with more limit (Platinum) without my permission. Despite putting complaint through customer care no response is recieved and instead I have recieved a new card and it seems I'm not able to use the previous card with me.
Now Im being asked to send a cancellation application which I'll not do as I have not requested for the card itself.
I have recived several call earlier also to change the card with a new one with more limit which every time I denied but this time it seems they have some pressure on month end target and despite saying no to the offer a new card was assigned. This is a total breach of the security and is not expected from a bank like HDFC. Let me know how to take this complaint to highest regulatory body.
