I made an application with Kotak Credit card (Gold Card), i was told that my application is approved and the bank needed my documents to confirm my address and income.
I gave them all the documents and i kept on following up and i was told that my application wasn't approved and i wasn't informed about the reason why i got denied and they told me that i will be receving a letter.
I didn't receive any letter and when i called back to know why was i denied they said that they can't give the reasons on the phone and i have to write an email.
When i wrote an email, i got response after 5 days and still no reasons were provided, i again wrote an email and i haven't heard anything about it.
I think i have every right to know why my application wasn't approved,so can anyone help me this.
