since six month i am following with the bank regarding late fee & interest charged but the moment i drop a mail they reverse the amount in the next month & again charge the same in next mont with interest on it i requested them to arrange a call & settle this issue quickly but no action was taken then finaaly i called them up & now they are saying that the max they can do is they can reverse the 60 percent amount & the 40 percent i need to pay.when i am not at fault y will i pay the amount.plz help for the same not only this they dont send the statement on time too & then they charge late fee.
please resolve the issue as this time i will pay only the amount which i spent not the interest & late fee.
