Hi All,

I need your help regarding my Credit Card. Actually the credit card is being used by my Mama ji and he was the only on to pay for it as well. As per him he paid few time but the cheques got bounce due to which my account is moved into the defaulter list and the my mamu met with an accident and i was the only one to pay for the bills pending on the credit card. I asked them for the settlement and i told them that will be paying the settlement amount in instalment.

On 26-March--10 I paid amount of 2060 against the credit card settlement amount. there was lady from HDFC bank by the name of Sapna/Shikha 9268223379. At the time of payments she told me that there is an amount of 8K+ is pending and if you make a payment of 6340 one shot then i will wave-off all the rest amount. Going by her words next month on 23-Apr-2010 I made the payment of 6340. She was the only girl who was in touch with me for every payment query and when i asked her for the settlement letter she said it will be given to you by next month as per the bill date.

But now from past one week or more than that , there are calls from the HDFC bank on daily basis and every time a new person calls me up giving me threats about blocking my account. they said that i need to pay my rest amount otherwise they will null the amount i have already paid to them.

They are calling me every day and talking to me in very bad manners with abusive language.

i am facing hell lots of tension because of them. This is not the way, I don't understand after her commitment why don't Sapna/ Shikha calls me up and tell me the same thing .... and how can they null the amount that i have paid to them.

You got to help me from them and from there Abusive language which they are using with me .

Please help me I have heard that you help people for all these matters.
