Sub:- Misuse of My credit card
Ref: My Credit Card No.5239511160169007 of ICICI Bank Ltd.

With reference to the above I Mr. Anil Sakharam Jadhav in form you as under:
On 14/03/2010 Sunday Morning 7 to 8 am I got sms on my cell no.9820604397 from Icici Bank My cedit card was debited as under

1).mchek India Payment syste Rs.500.00
2) mchek India Payment syste Rs.500.00
3).Reliance life Insurance Rs.15000.00
4). Reliance life Insurance Rs.50000.00

At that time I was shocked because my credit card was in my custody & some one used my credit card through Internet systems, at that time I had lodged complaint to customer care on Tel.no.28307777 & the bank give me Complaint No. SR135752328 & SR135752715 also at that time I had lodged complaint by email also.

After lots of enquiry on phone I got one mail from bank regarding investigation of the said transactions

After submission of request letter for investigation the bank had given me credit of all amount .

After that I got my new credit card statement I found that Rs.15000.00 & Rs.50000.00 got debited on 14/06/2010 then I had called to the bank & asked for the same , bank repled me Sr.No.1 & 2 i.e. Rs.500.00 & Rs.500.00 given credited & other Rs.15000.00 & Rs.50000.00 have to pay to the bank

Now I request to you sir please look in the matter for investigation & help me out in this case.
