every month I have pay amount to hdfc collection executive and he give me a receipt of customer copy with stamp of his department. Every month different executive first he was calling to me and secondly collect the payment. but not same executive will be come. all time different executive. In my case, Last month 18, Dec,2011. I have receive a call of mr. rajwinder singh he told that he is hdfc credit card executive, and he asked me your payment is standing only Rs.6000 after settelement. you pay only Rs. 6000 to close your credit card . 19, Dec, 2011, he was coming my office and receiving a payment of Rs.6000 from me. and he was giving a Receipt (customer copy of Rs.6000) to me. After one day i have received a call from hdfc bank and she told me your payment is not deposit. please deposit your payment urgently, I am shocked. I ask to the madam that I have been deposit Rs. 6000 on yesterday to Your Executive Mr. Rajwinder singh and i have original receipt of amount rs.6000. i give full information regarding executive and his receipt who can give me. madam says that this receipt is not hdfc it was fake and Mr rajwinder singh named not working with hdfc collection department . and madam said that you please deposit amount urgently. so , this problem is very big problem with me. i have already paid Rs. 6000 and i have original receipt. i don't know that who receiving the payment for me either hdfc executive or fake executive. its not my fault, please solved my problem as soon as possible. I shall highly thanksfull to you.
