    Angry No proper response from ICICI bank agaist reversal of charges

    Be careful against using ICICI cards, if due date crossed they will impose late payment charges and surprised one is over limit charges, example:
    Before statement generation available limit assume it is: 500
    Outstanding is:84000
    After statement generation you see that there is over limit charges immediately in your account, this is happening because of deducting the interest from the available limit at the time of statement generation.
    Banks are trying to cheat the customer at max then can, they include all these gimmicks in terms and conditions and takes signature from us and says you were agreed. See how fraud is this.
    We have taken a credit card and when paying minimum payment means we are paying bank interest of 40% per annul but still banks are imposing all this fraud charges.
    In my case:
    I am not able to pay bill before due date because my due date falls on 29th every month, so I use to pay after I gets salary, before that you know there will be late payment charges 700/-, here my available limit is 300/- and after applied late payment charges that goes to -400 and again immediately imposed 500 over limit charges.
    When ever they apply charges they use to deduct from available limit, so that available limit gets reduced that is not our purchase right, how can they impose over limit charges.
    I mailed to customer care about reversal of charges but they said they can not do that, they feel that they are giving there money from there pocket.
    Charges are not our spend money why they worried about that.

    This is not the matter of that I am aware of the charges or not, I am pointing out the case that causes the problem. I also have other bank cards they will not charge over limit charges because of interest debit from existing limit at the time of statement generation.
    I again request you to review my account for the year 2011 and reversal for all over limit and late payment charges. Any way with some delay I am making the payment every month, you are gaining the interest too, what is the use of again charging other charges, as due date falls at month end 29th of every month makes some delay, you have to understand that, do not suck customers blood with these charges, its not the matter of how many times you have reversal the charges, I am not asking the money that I used from your pocket. Until this request gets resolved I will not make any payment to this card. Your are the responsible for all interest and charges that applied in future.
    I cannot request each and every time for reversal. As you are aware that I am using the card from more than 3 years, please do the need full.

    Angry Please provide Reversal

    Please provide reversal of charges so that I can do that payment, I have been repeatedly requesting about this issue, I don't want to make more delay on this.
    I am requesting this because of late payment 700+over limit 500=1200 charges every month.
    Already you have been charged interest day to day basis, I am not understanding why you are so worried about these charges.

    Please do the need full.
