I was using RBS Bank Credit card(Earlier it was ABN-AMRO bank).
when i asked about payment options, customer care told to me only through cheque.
i dropped cheque. i am not sure what's the problem, they cleared late.
So i got late payment fee. I didn't pay late fee, and i cleared whatever i used amount.
they made fine on fine like that now it's around 2600. these days settlement executive calling frequently and asking for settlement. they are really disturbing me.
please let me know how to go legally for this case.
