I have paid my dues without having any single paise due also. I have cleared by paying paise to paise. You people going on adding the charges without any base. As what ever is right to me I have paid. I am not having that much money to pay. Moreover what ever I have used I paid without any dues. I called your customer care also but very worst reply compare to other customer care executive. In the last mail I clearly mentioned my mobile no. then to again you are asking the same. This shows how much you careless you are!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I don’t have that much money to pay you. I thought RBS will hear my concern and it will give me a solution. But it is same as ABN-AMRO.I am not happy with this. This is not the first time I am unsatisfied with your service. Same I have called 19 months back also, but no use . All in vain. I need re-use the card. Please let me know as soon as possible what i am suppose to do. Check my payment history starting the date the card is issued to me. Then ****yse what need to be done.
