RBS reported my name to Cibil for a credit card which I never had, never received any card by RBS(ABN Amro). When I called to customer care they are saying all data provided by you for verification is correct. If that is correct then WHY I DIDN't GET ANY acknowledgement for all these following
1) Receiving the CARD
2) Any phone call from the Bank.
3) Any payments/confirmations/statements/ack mails from the Bank.
4) Any statement for the card on my address
5) Any call to pay the money
OR any type of ack, so that I can get to know that there is a card in my name with RBS(ABN Amro).
I cam to know suddenly thru Cibil Report when I applied for Loan.
Please help me what to do in such a case:
