Hi,

I am one of the HDFC credit card holders that I was using since one year. It has been up gradated on last month. Although, I have not received the new up graded credit card due to address change. HDFC has been deactivated my old card without prior notice/information to me. Due to which i faced a lot of problem.
Kindly suggest me what legal action I can take regarding the same.

- Your updated mailing address

I have few question could you please answer.

1. I lost the HDFC Credit Card and I requested to block the card same using help line and telephone executive confirmed.

Q1 . When we request to block the card, Will the new card will be issued or not without requesting. ?


Q2. If they issue new card which card number will be reflecting on the new card either New number or old number.?


Q3. If the new card is undelivered, who is the responsible either cardmember or HDFC ?
