Post Request to all the complainers to share the post experiences of their complaints.
Dear All,

I read N no's of complaints about the credit cards of various banks and in every complaint bank's persons are contacting and assuring to resolve the issue and are suggesting the complainers to communicate with them directly.

But I really amaze there is no solution given by any of bank in this forum and neither any complainer updated the feedbacks about the communication for either he/she got the positive response and got the satisfactory revert or solution of their complaints.

I request to all the complainer please share your feedback on this forum about the post experience either bank persons respond pro actively and resolved the issue or not.
